Complete Stage6 Intake Kit MK2 Big Valve Peugeot vertical (Speedfight / Trekker), top quality intake kit with reed valve and intake manifold.

The kit includes:

  • coated intake manifold with oil / vacuum ports
  • Viton® reed valve
  • gaskets, screws, stuffer etc.

Stock engines are equipped with 1-petal reed valves; adding a 2-petal "Big Valve" kit will improve performance noticeably und is indispensable when upgradig your engine with a bigger carb. There are several adapters available that allow for upgrading your scooter with a carburetor with larger diameter (Keihin PWK, Mikuni TM24 or KOSO 28mm) without having to replace the entire manifold; you can find them under "Spare Parts". The adapter that comes with the kit fits all Dellorto 10–21mm and Arreche 17–21mm carbs.

NOTE: you cannot use this kit with original and 17.5 up to 21mm Arreche carbs with flange mount.
