traction from a new pattern design, compound, and high cross
sectional area*
• The compound, pattern design, and block wall angle
optimization have improved the durability of the AX41 tire*
• The anti-irregular wear block design has improved the
performance on the road by reducing block deformation due to
step wear*

Front tread pattern and block positioning
1) Block wall angle optimization:
• Creates a comfortable on-road ride while maintaining off-road
capability
2) Anti-Irregular Wear Technology:
• New block profile counters deformation and helps to ensure the
durability of the tire
• The design reduces the heel and toe wear at the trailing edge
of the block


Rear Pattern and block positioning
3) Optimized block design, positioning, and spacing to increase
performance.
4) Apply a high cross section area and a small pitch length:
• Increase the cross section area with 30% compared the A41.
• Shorter pitch length in order to increase the number of blocks over
the circumference.
